Lo Agayi Lohri Ve!
What is Lohri? When is it celebrated?
Celebrated on 13th January of every year, Lohri is a festival of bonfire, folk dance, folk songs, sweets and dry fruits. A bonfire is ignited in the middle of the field. Indians, particularly Punjabis with family & friends encircle the bonfire & go around it singing the Punjabi folk song. They toss rewari, peanuts, and popcorns into the bonfire to keep it blazing.
